The Inter-American Group, Inc (IAG) fee can be paid by AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, VISA or MASTERCARD, or with a COMPANY CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER CHECK, and must be made payable to “Inter-American Group, Inc. (IAG). Include the Credit Card Authorization form. You will receive a copy of the credit card receipt with your completed documentation. Click here for Credit Card Authorization.
Your turn-around time is based on: How quickly you send your forms to us, and the processing time you have selected. Please note that time needed for round-trip shipping is not included in processing times. The decision on whether to issue or deny issuance of a passport to a client is ultimately up to the U.S. State Department .
The Same Day or Less service and 48 hour or Next Day passport processing service is extremely limited and space is reserved on a first come basis. All of our passport processing services must be paid before a space can be reserved. Cancellation Policy: Same Day or Next Day Service is $100 cancellation fee, if service is canceled after reservation has been made. For all other services, once payment has been made there is a $90 cancellation fee. If IAG has received the FedEx/UPS/USPS tracking number or the application materials, the expediting process has already begun and a refund will not be awarded.
